Mike's Meaty Jerky Subscription Policy

Thank you for subscribing to Mike's Meaty Jerky! Our subscription program is designed to provide convenient, recurring delivery of your favorite products. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Enrollment

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize Mike's Meaty Jerky to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription frequency chosen at checkout.

Available subscription frequencies include: 

• Monthly
• Every 2 Months
• Every 3 Months

Subscription options and pricing are subject to change.

2. Billing and Payments

• Subscription charges are processed automatically on the renewal date.
• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
• Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added where required.
• Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate payment and billing information.

If a payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to reprocess the payment. Subscription shipments may be delayed or canceled if payment remains unsuccessful.

3. Shipment Schedule

Orders are processed and shipped according to the subscription frequency selected during enrollment.

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to:

• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Holidays
• Product availability

Mike's Meaty Jerky is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

4. Changes to Your Subscription

Customers may manage their subscription through their online account.

You may:

• Update shipping information
• Change payment methods
• Modify product selections (where applicable)
• Skip an upcoming shipment
• Adjust delivery frequency

Changes must be made at least before the billing date to take effect.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting customer support.

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellations must be submitted before the billing date.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

6. Refunds and Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns.

Refunds or replacements may be issued if:

• Products arrive damaged
• Incorrect items are received
• Products are defective upon delivery

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and may require photographs of the product and packaging.

7. Product Availability

We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value when inventory shortages occur.

8. Subscription Price Changes

Subscription pricing may change periodically due to market conditions, ingredient costs, or operational expenses.

Customers will receive advance notice of any material pricing changes before future charges are processed.

9. Account Termination

Mike's Meaty Jerky reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions for:

• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of promotional offers
• Violation of company policies
• Repeated failed payment attempts
